This mentoring program for Scrum Masters will roll out through at least 4 weekly mentoring sessions. The program is designed to help newly certified Scrum Masters prepare for their enrollment on a real scrum master Job, or improve on their new role as a Scrum Master. Through each mentoring session, there will be practical work in a team, where Scrum masters can learn and collaborate in a group, be able to use world-known iteration tools, and learn through real-life project examples.

With this mentoring program, any newly-certified scrum master will be able to successfully guide one or more teams in adopting and implementing Scrum in their day-to-day work.

Hands-on scrum master experience (mentoring work) per session/ 4 sessions minimum

Topics covered:

    1. Mentoring according to current mentee challenges and client expectations; 
    2. Practice sessions through real product SDLC examples, the lens of a scrum master, product owner, dev team & a stakeholder; 
    3. Implement all scrum practices, team improvement by adopting agile (metrics to follow, and kpi’s to implement), Jira charts; 
    4. Estimate, brainstorm and define scope within the team; (managing sprint backlog) 
    5. Managing stakeholder expectations; 
    6. Problems adopting scrum successfully, common antipatterns; 
    7.  Developers team is self protective;
    8.  Gain trust, guide and lead by example;
    9. Teaching  the team to become fully self-managed;
