Description
This mentoring program for Scrum Masters will roll out through at least 4 weekly mentoring sessions. (8 sessions are preferable in order to gain more experience). This mentoring program can immensely help newly certified Scrum Masters, get prepared for their enrollment on a real Scrum Master’s Job, or improve on their new role as a Scrum Master. Through each mentoring session, there will be practical work, where Scrum masters can learn and collaborate in a group, be able to use Jira and Confluence tool, and learn through real-life example projects. With this mentoring program, any newly-certified Scrum Master will be able to successfully guide one or more teams in adopting and implementing Scrum in their day-to-day work.

- Practice sessions through real product SDLC examples, the lens of a scrum master, product owner, dev team & a stakeholder;
- Implement all scrum practices, team improvement by adopting agile (metrics to follow, and kpi’s to implement), Jira charts;
- Estimate, brainstorm and define scope within the team; (managing sprint backlog)
